Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service and aim to get our products to customers as quickly as possible. Our orders are shipped the next business day, this excludes The Sauna, which has a processing time of 3-5 days. This is due to the fact our red cedar benches are hand-crafted to order, and require a couple of days to be made. 

Once you have placed an order, you will receive email confirmation of your purchase. You will receive a subsequent email once the order has been shipped. This will contain a unique tracking number which will allow you to monitor the process of your delivery. To make sure our orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible, we only use next-day delivery courier services.

Unfortunately, some factors regarding delivery are out of our control such as courier delays or high volume periods for courier services, which may delay how quickly we can fulfil orders. Rest assured, we will notify you should we expect any delays in your product delivery.
