We ensure athletes are provided with full elite-level recovery supported by a high-energy team with an Exercise Physiologist present to lead and ensure athletes have access to best-practice to perform at their best.
Having access to cold plunge stems exercise-induced inflammation and muscle damage - much like the elite sports teams we provide recovery solutions to, accessing this equipment immediately after an event makes a huge difference to fatigue and soreness.
